- Core developers: Joseph Zhang, Ed Myers, and Antonio Baptista, OHSU

VisTrails, a Scientific Provenance management system developed at the Scientific Computing and Imaging Institute at the University of Utah. Features include
- Full support for the VTK visualization library
- Complete provenance for both the results and the workflow itself.
- Collaborative development workflow tools
- Integration with CMOP simulation datasets via the GridFields plugin

PySOS, a web service written entirely in Python for serving observational data from a relational database via the Sensor Observation Service OGC standard.
