ELCIRC
Initially developed for the complex Columbia River estuary, ELCIRC is a three-dimensional finite-volume/finite-difference model that is capable of accurately simulating coastal and estuarine circulations using unstructured grids. More detailed information can be found on the
ELCIRC model page.

AGrid AGrid is an unstructured grid (which may consist of either triangular or quadrangular elements or both) optimizer based upon a posteriori error estimates. It adapts the original grid according to the error estimates with five topological operators: swap, refine and coarsen an edge, move node, and snap a node to an edge. Download AGrid ACE ACE visualization and grid editing tools are CCALMR in-house tools used to support our modeling efforts. ACE consists of ACE/gr (an x-y plotting tool), ACE/vis (a 2D visualization tool), and ACE/gredit (an editing tool for unstructured grids). Download ACE ACE/gredit tutorial XMVIS sample output
